How we got started:
SEND THEM COOKIES began as a gourmet food store that opened in 1976 in the village of Cedarhurst NY and has been providing sweet treats ever since.
In addition to our cookie business, we also have Paul Evans Caterers - a full-service gourmet caterer in the NY Metro area serving the tri-state area.
It is from our satisfied catering customers that the demand to ship our incredible cookies began.
Our women-led business is overseen by Lauren Klein, Jamie Antin, Lauren Antin, and their spouses Randy Klein, David Antin, and Dan Antin. This management team brings many years of varied experience to the table, not only in restaurant management and catering, but also in education/training, sales, marketing, finance, and corporate leadership.
Our operating team includes Director of Catering Eric Rodriguez, Executive Chef Charley Moi, and Sales Manager KC Currie. These highly trained hospitality specialists offer our clients unparalleled attentiveness, a flair for inventive cuisine, and flawless event execution.
